Modern Slavery Act
TCFC is committed to conducting business with high ethical and legal standards in compliance with applicable laws, including the UK Modern Slavery Act. This statement explain the steps TCFC is taking to reduce the risk of slavery and human trafficking taking place in its supply chains or in any part of its business. This statement applies to TCFC and all of its subsidiaries.
In 2017, TCFC updated its employee handbook and implemented a Code of Conduct reflecting the company’s position against slavery and human trafficking. TCFC is dedicated to strengthening its policies and practices in this area and it will continue to develop and implement policies and procedures, including the training of employees where appropriate, to further reduce the risk of slavery and human trafficking taking place in its business and supply chains. We will also review and assess potential risk areas in our supply chains.
This statement is made pursuant to section 54 (1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and is approved on behalf of the Board of TCF Europe, Limited.
